This membership features services such as towing, lock-out assistance, fuel or fluid delivery, and battery boost/jump. Services are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Where can I take my car for repairs?

Pinnacle Automotive Protection gives you the choice when it comes to repairs. You can take your car to the licensed repair facility you feel most comfortable with. Whether it's your dealer or the repair facility closest to you, it's your choice. Our highly trained claims adjusters will work directly with you and your repair shop to facilitate the claims process.

How do my repairs get paid?

Repairs are paid via Corporate Credit Card (Corporate MasterCard, Corporate American Express, or Corporate Visa) directly to your dealership's service department or repair facility of choice. You may also be reimbursed by check if you pay the repair facility directly. Prior claim authorization is always required for payment. You can always call your Toll Free Claims number on your Vehicle Protection Card for assistance.

How do my repairs get paid?

With a rental benefit in place, you'll be reimbursed up to a certain amount for car rental or other costs incurred while your vehicle is being repaired.
